Case Based Learning: Transition Pain Points-Post Training and Hospitalization

Please join us for our April  2024 case based learning webinar: Transition Pain Points – Post Training and Hospitalization.   Dr Michael Kraus, Associate CMO of FKC will moderate the webinar featuring Michelle Carver BSM, RN, CNN, MBA our Senior Vice President of Nursing and Clinical Services for Fresenius Kidney Care as the expert presenter.  Dr Mark Oxman, physician home champion from Dayton Ohio, will present a challenging case.  They will be joined by Lyndsay Crowson to complete the expert panel.  We are happy to answer your questions or discuss your own cases live as well.
