Please join us for our September 23rd, 2024 case based learning webinar (12 PM EST, 9 AM PST): It's vaccine season - keeping patients safe.   Dr Michael Kraus, Associate CMO of FKC will moderate the webinar featuring Chance Mysayphonh PharmD, our Director of Clinical and Therapeutic Initiatives, as the expert presenter.  Dr Maxwell Leither MD, physician home champion from Minneapolis, Minnesota, will present a challenging case.  Afterwards we will have Stephanie Meyer and Crystal Grate join us for an open Q &A session with our expert panel.  We are happy to answer your questions or discuss your own cases live as well.  Any concerns on home therapies, Candida Auris, or vaccinations are of course welcome.

Continuing Education Credits

All webinars are eligible for continuing education (CE) credits. Registration is required to receive CE credits.
