Peritoneal Dialysis Dropouts and Transitioning to Hemodialysis

This course will review current utilization and trends of home modalities along with causes for peritoneal dialysis (PD) dropouts, identify transition pathways from PD to hemodialysis (HD), and describe the integrated approach model from PD to Home HD (HHD).
