Case Based Learning: Removing Barriers to Access- Patient Panel

Please join us for our November 20, 2024, case based learning webinar (1 PM EST, 10 AM PST): Removing Barriers to Access – Case Presentation and patient panel.   Dr Michael Kraus, Associate CMO of FKC will moderate the webinar and discuss barriers to getting patients home.   Dr Purnima Tripathy MD, physician home champion from Mobile, Alabama, will present a challenging case.  Afterwards we will have an expert patient lead panel to join us for an open Q &A session and discussion.  We are happy to answer your questions or discuss your own cases live as well.  Any concerns on home therapies, Care Partner care, Patient barriers and support are of course welcome.

All webinars are eligible for continuing education (CE) credits. Registration is required to receive CE credits.
