Good Nutritional Practices for Hemodialysis Patients

This course will provide an overview on nutritional disorders and challenges of hemodialysis patients. It will summarize nutritional monitoring & assessment with 5 key Nutritional Practices for dialysis patients. It will also discuss special recommendations for dialysis patients with diabetes.
